This book offers a variety of practice activities for initial, medial and final positions of: s (plus blends), r (plus blends), l (plus blends), z, sh, ch, j, th.

For each target sound position and blend, there are 4 reproducible activity pages:

  • A worksheet incorporates sound production in words and sentences.
  • A tic-tac-toe game allows continued practice of the worksheet words.
  • Cut-apart word cards encourage spontaneous production of the words.
  • Cut-apart phrase/sentence cards provide practice of the sound in connected speech.

Also included are instructions for using the materials, plus directions for card games. These practice materials are excellent for therapy sessions as well as home use.
